• Carpet odors mix 15–20 drops of pine essential oil with water in a bucket and then scrub into stains on your rugs. You can either use a carpet-cleaning device to steam with the mixture or scrub by hand.

To prevent mold and mildew, simply spray to apply where needed. (TIP - keep a bottle in your shower and spray down regularly after showering)

• Toothbrush De-Gunker

Soak your gunky toothbrush in 10 drops tea tree oil and a cup of water. Leave to soak for at least 15 minutes.

• Disinfectant Spray

Add a few drops to a spray bottle with water and which hazel. Spray your exercise equipment, yoga mat, kids toys, light switches, door knobs and tv remotes.

½ cup baking soda
